What this service is

solmiraks is an editorial guide that describes eighteen hotels. It is published by solmiraks, of Perth, Western Australia. Using this site means you accept these terms.

We are not a travel agent

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, booking service or intermediary of any kind. We take no bookings, hold no inventory, quote no prices, process no payments and pass no enquiries to any hotel. Any arrangement you make is between you and the hotel, on the hotel's terms.

Where the information comes from

Entries are written from public sources, including the hotels' own published material, architectural and design publications and public records. Hotels change owners, names, layouts and seasons. We give no guarantee that any detail is current, complete or free of error, and every section carries the month it was last checked.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is advice to make a purchase, a booking or a travel decision, and nothing is financial, legal or professional advice. Check anything that matters directly with the hotel before you rely on it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the content or the cost of resupplying it. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site to the extent the law permits.

Hotel names, marks and building images belong to their owners and appear here for description only, with no commercial relationship implied.

Corrections

If you find an error, write to hello@solmiraks.com and say where the correct detail is published. Hotels are welcome to send corrections about their own buildings, and we will amend the entry and record the change with a date. We do not accept material on condition that we publish it, and we do not remove factual entries on request.

Casino Hotels section

The Casino Hotels section describes four Canadian hotels and resorts as buildings. solmiraks does not promote gambling, takes no commissions and links to no operators. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
